Kindergarten Registration
St. Michael's School is accepting registrations now for the 2009-2010 school year for children born by December 31, 2004. Early registration is encouraged. Kindergarten will be running full days on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
Saint Michael's provides students with a quality and challenging academic program offered in a caring Catholic enviroment.

The tuition you pay or the donations you make to St. Michael's School qualifies for a tax credit of up to 67% of the amount of the donation.

The St. Michael’s School Council requests that parents volunteer 10 hours of time to the school each school year. A $300.00 Volunteer Fee is collected when you enter the school and it will be reimbursed when you leave the school provided you have completed your volunteer hours. If you are unable to support the school with volunteer hours you will not be credited the $300.00 fee towards the next school year. You will be charged a yearly fee of $300.00 in lieu of service. Tax receipts will be issued.

PLEASE NOTE - Tuition Pay Periods
|
|
Council requests that tuition be paid in 3 pay periods (Sept./Dec., Jan./Mar., Apr./June) or by post-dated cheques payable at the beginning of each month. **One month's tuition fee is required with registration, BY June 1st. This will be credited against tuition charges, but if the student withdraws before the commencement of school the deposit will be forfeited. St. Michael's School Council requests that all families renew their child's registration yearly. When renewing your child's registration, you will be asked to indicate if you are a parishioner of one of the four supporting parishes. Tuition fees will be established on the basis of two categories, parishioner and non-parishioner.
- A parishioner is defined as a Catholic who:
- is registered in one of the four supporting parishes (Sacred Heart, St. Francis/St. Anthony, OLPH, or St. Rita's)
- regularly attends the Sunday liturgy
- contributes their time, talent, or treasure to their parish
- A non-parishioner is defined as an individual who does not meet the above criteria.
